OTHER MINIMUM SOCIAL
Allocation Solidarity (SSA), founded in 1984, unemployment benefits for the unemployed who have exhausted their rights to unemployment insurance, and who have at least five years of paid work during the ten years preceding breaking their employment contracts.
equivalent retirement allowance (REA), founded in 2002, is an unemployment benefit that is income replacement or supplement for the benefit of job seekers totaling 160 quarters of contributions to the pension scheme before age 60.
Allocation Insertion (AI), founded in 1984, unemployment benefits, a maximum of one year, restricted since 1992 to people who requested asylum in France, the expatriate employees are not members of unemployment insurance or refugees, and former inmates released within the last 12 months, victims of an accident or an occupational disease, the temporary waiting allowance (WTA), founded in 2005, replaces the allocation Insertion (ATI) for inputs from 16 November 2006.
widow allowance, established in 1980, speaks to survivors of deceased insured. This is a temporary benefit paid for two years. The licensee shall be under the age of 55.
the minimum pension allowances (ASV and ASPA): The supplementary old (ASV), established in 1956, aimed at people aged over 65 years and provides a level of income equal to the minimum pension. A new benefit, solidarity allowance for the elderly (ASPA) came into force January 13, 2007.
